There are many features that are extremely helpful, however one of the best features BoardPaq offers is the real-time impact. Agendas can change until the final hour and everything remains current for our Board and Committee Members, and when minutes are entered they are readily available for others to access. Not waiting is key. We are very satisfied with BoardPaq and the ever changing updates they offer.
Definitely give BoardPaq a try. It is use friendly for both Admins and our Members on the Board and Committees. Having everything so readily available to all at their fingertips is imperative in this day and age of technology.

BoardPaq is user friendly, even on the Administrator side. It allows you to take minutes right in the portal, it automatically converts documents to PDF when uploading and creates a professional looking meeting paq with page numbers once it combines all documentation. For the cost, BoardPaq enables us to do everything we need to do in order to conduct our business. Our directors have been very receptive to the change from paper to portal. It has made our job easier in providing the information they need and want right at their fingertips.
