This independent review of the BoardPaq service addressed a range of criteria including physical and logical security, system operations and monitoring, information protection and access, application development and maintenance, data communications, and application controls.

PDF documents are enhanced with page number readout and built-in table of contents navigation that also includes bookmarks to any annotated pages.

Security of BoardPaq data resident on the iPad is enhanced using the iOS Data Protection hardware encryption feature. Workflow capabilities are expanded to include assigning and tracking meeting follow-up activities.
