BoardPaq Becomes First Board Portal to Provide Visual Key Performance Indicators

Saint Charles, Missouri - March 11, 2016 - BoardPaq, the board portal of choice for organizations searching for a cost-effective paperless meetings solution, is proud to announce our latest feature: a new visual graphing tool that allows board members to view key performance indicators and determine whether or not an organization is meeting its strategic goals.

Independent audit verifies compliance with stringent standards for security and controls

This independent review of the BoardPaq service addressed a range of criteria including physical and logical security, system operations and monitoring, information protection and access, application development and maintenance, data communications, and application controls.

BoardPaq adds Two-Factor Authentication Feature

This is the second year for BoardPaq to sponsor this event. MO' Cowbell is the first local half marathon race created by the community, for the community, with proceeds remaining within the community.

BoardPaq releases new Web App to complement its successful iPad App

Now customers have a choice in how they access BoardPaq Cloud Services

Saint Charles, Missouri - June 7, 2012 - BoardPaq is pleased to announce the release of BoardPaq Web App that is compatible with the latest browsers on PCs and Macs. BoardPaq Web App builds upon the successful BoardPaq iPad App that is already in the market.

"There are certain advantages to using the iPad App, but at the same time we realize that not everyone who uses our product owns an iPad and we want to offer compatible choices for all users." BoardPaq expands Annotation Features and adds Task Assignments

Saint Charles, Missouri - May 21, 2012 - BoardPaq today released BoardPaq iPad App version 1.6 with upgraded annotation support, easy-to- use freehand drawing tools including undo and a new tool to add text anywhere on the document to complement the existing sticky notes feature. PDF documents are enhanced with page number readout and built-in table of contents navigation that also includes bookmarks to any annotated pages.

Security of BoardPaq data resident on the iPad is enhanced using the iOS Data Protection hardware encryption feature. Workflow capabilities are expanded to include assigning and tracking meeting follow-up activities.

BoardPaq enhances support for Secured PDF documents

New view and annotate encrypted PDF document features

Saint Charles, Missouri - March 1, 2012 - BoardPaq today released version 1.5 of its iPad App with new document and administrative features.

Document features include support for secured PDF 128-bit AES standard encryption and optional PDF printing. Using the BoardPaq Library, Administrators can now organize documents with custom categories and folders. Board Members can easily see which documents they have previously viewed.

Administrators have additional configuration settings available to tailor BoardPaq operation. New support is added for multiple Administrators and assigning additional duties such as recording minutes.
